During the summer of 2010 [DHOC, dba] Dano Builders was the prime subcontractor for construction of a new RV dump station and removal of the existing RV dump station and lift station at Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument. The owner, Dan Ortega, was a pleasure to work with, and is a highly skilled builder. The quality of work was excellent and the project was completed within budget and on schedule.
During the project, two modifications were necessary due to underground unforeseen conditions and a request by the park superintendant. Dan was authorized by the general contractor to prepare the proposal for the modifications. Dan’s proposals were very complete and detailed which made justification of the modifications easy with all necessary documentation.

[DHOC, dba] Dano Builders recently installed a Carrier HVAC system on our main headquarters/visitor center building here at Guadalupe Mountains National Park. I am very impressed with their work ethic and customer service.
